These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") form a binding agreement between Shanghai Ruicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (the "Company," "we" or "us") and you (the "User") regarding your use of ssltrus.com, racent.com and related websites (collectively, the "Website"), products and services (collectively, the "Services").

Please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the contents of each clause of this agreement, especially the limitation and exemption clauses, liability for breach of contract clauses, dispute resolution and application of law clauses, etc. The aforementioned clauses may be highlighted in bold and/or underlined to draw your attention.

By checking, clicking confirm/agree or otherwise indicating your acceptance of this agreement, or by using the service in any way, you indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this agreement, and this agreement shall have legal effect between you and us. If you do not agree with any of the contents of this agreement, please do not proceed with subsequent operations or use this service.

This agreement also includes any relevant agreements, service rules, product descriptions and other contents regarding this service that we may continuously release. Once officially released, the aforementioned contents will become an integral part of this agreement.

I. Definition

"the Company":Refers to Shanghai Ruicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., as well as its affiliated companies and branches.

"sslTrus ":It refers to the self-owned SSL certificate brand under Shanghai Ruicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd., providing SSL/TLS certificates, code signing certificates, email security certificates, document signing certificates and other Digital Certificate products, as well as related services such as Certificate Lifecycle Automation(CLM), Certificate as a Service(CaaS), remote code signing, and PKI solutions.

"User" or "You":Refers to all entities using this service, including but not limited to individuals, teams, enterprises, organizations, etc.

"This Service":All products and services we display and provide to you through this website, including but not limited to:

• SSL/TLS certificates (DV, OV, EV, and other types)
• Wildcard certificates, multi-domain certificates, IP address certificates
• Code signing certificate, document signing certificate, email security certificate (S/MIME)
• Certificate Lifecycle AutomationService (CLM)
• Certificate as a Service(CaaS)
• Remote code signing service
• PKI solutions (Cloud PKI, Local PKI)
• sslTrus Site Secure
• WHQL certification service
• And related technical support and network support services

"CA Institution ":Refers to the authoritative certified Digital CertificateCertificate Authority, including but not limited to international cas such as DigiCert, GlobalSign, Sectigo, Entrust, and domestic compliant cas.

"Business Data":It refers to the data involved in your uploading, processing, distributing, etc. through our technical services by using this service.

Ii. Account Registration and Management

Account registration: Before using this service, you should complete account registration in accordance with the instructions on this website and provide relevant information truthfully. You should ensure that the user information you fill in is true, accurate, complete and free of any misleading statements.

Real-name authentication: To use certain services (such as SSL certificate application, code signing certificate, etc.), you should complete real-name authentication in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. Real-name authentication includes personal authentication and enterprise authentication. Please choose the type of authentication carefully based on your actual situation.

Account security: You are responsible for the security of your account name, password and all operations within your account. You may not transfer, gift, borrow or allow others to use your account in any way. Any losses and consequences resulting from the theft of your account or the leakage of your information due to your improper custody shall be borne by you alone.

Information Update: When your account information changes, you should update it in a timely manner. If your information is inaccurate, untrue or does not comply with the requirements of laws and regulations, we reserve the right to notify you to correct it within a specified period or suspend the service.

Iii. Service Content and Usage Specifications

(1) Service Content

Digital CertificateService: We collaborate with renowned CA institutions both at home and abroad to offer a wide range of Digital Certificate application, issuance, deployment and management services on this website platform. You can directly purchase the type of Digital Certificate you need through this website and complete the installation and configuration of the certificate according to the instructions.

Certificate Lifecycle AutomationService: We offer you certificate automation services such as Certificate Lifecycle Management(CLM) and Certificate as a Service(CaaS), including automatic discovery, application, deployment, renewal and monitoring of certificates.

Security Services: We offer you security-related services such as sslTrus Site Securesecurity acceleration service, WHQL certification service, and remote code signing.

(II) Usage Norms

You guarantee that all your actions in using this service comply with the provisions of national laws and regulations, are legal and true, and do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.

You must not use this service to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities, including but not limited to:

• Publishing, disseminating illegal information or engaging in cyber attacks, intrusions and other such activities
• Using certificate services to engage in illegal activities such as fraud, phishing, and identity forgery
• Applying for a certificate without authorization using another person's domain name, IP address or identity information
• Other acts that violate laws, regulations or the terms of this agreement

Your use of Digital Certificate must comply with relevant Chinese laws and regulations, this agreement and the certificate Practice statement (CPS) of the CA institution, and you are responsible for your use of Digital Certificate. When the certificate expires or is revoked, you should immediately stop using all private keys corresponding to the public key in the certificate.

You should keep your certificate private key properly. Any losses or consequences resulting from the leakage of your private key or its illegal use by others due to your improper custody shall be borne by you.

You are not allowed to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble this service.

Iv. Service Fees and Payment

Fee standards: We will publish the billing model, price system and other information of this service on this website. The specific billing rules shall be subject to the valid billing model and standards published on the website page at that time.

Payment method: You can choose the service mode of paying first or paying later according to the page prompt. The specific deduction rules are subject to the display on the pages of this website.

Service effectiveness: After you complete the payment, you must follow the instructions on this website to fill in the relevant information and submit it for review. Only then will we start to provide you with the service. The validity period of Digital Certificate is calculated from the date of successful review and Certificate Issuance. If you fail to complete the information filling and submission for review as required, resulting in the failure of the certificate review, this service agreement and related orders will become invalid.

Renewal: If both parties are willing to continue the cooperation after the certificate expires, you should pay the renewal fee before the service period ends to ensure the service can continue. If we make adjustments to the product system, name or price upon renewal, both parties agree to perform in accordance with the new product system, name or price that is effective at that time.

Outstanding fee handling: We reserve the right not to provide you with services and/or technical support, or to terminate such services and/or technical support until you have paid the full amount as agreed. At the same time, we reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility for outstanding fees.

Price Adjustment: You understand and agree that we reserve the right to adjust the product system, name or price, billing model, etc. of this service from time to time based on business conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you in advance through official website announcements, in-site notifications and other means.

Promotional activities: We reserve the right to launch promotional activities from time to time as needed for our business promotion. You understand that all the complimentary service items or promotional activities are one-time special offers beyond the normal service prices. The complimentary service items or promotional activities cannot be discounted or offset against the service prices.

V. Your Rights and Obligations

• After successfully ordering the service, you have the right to request us to provide you with the service in accordance with this agreement and the service descriptions, technical specifications and other contents displayed on the relevant pages of this website.
• You should pay the corresponding service fees in accordance with the page prompts of this website and the terms of this agreement.
• You shall be solely responsible for the integrity and confidentiality of the business data you store on our platform, as well as the passwords and passwords used to access and manage various products and services.
• You should, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law and the Measures for the Administration of Internet Information Services, retain relevant information such as the access log records of your website.
• If you use the API interfaces or automated tools we provide, you should operate in accordance with the relevant technical specifications and instructions for use. Do not interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the service in any way.
• You understand and agree that due to the limitations of current technology, the services we provide may have flaws and cannot guarantee that they will be executed normally or achieve all the results you expect under any circumstances.

Vi. Our Rights and Obligations

• We guarantee that we have the legal right to provide you with this service and that the services provided do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party.
• We are responsible for promptly upgrading, maintaining and managing this service, and providing you with consultation and technical support services through customer service hotlines, online customer service and other means.
• We promise to ensure the stability and continuity of the services we provide to you. If due to our reasons, your use of this service needs to be terminated in advance, we will fulfill the corresponding refund obligation to you (if any).
• We reserve the right to adjust, upgrade or terminate some service functions of this service based on our business development needs, but we should notify you in advance through appropriate means.
• We have the right to supervise and manage your use of this service. If we find that you have violated laws, regulations or the terms of this agreement, we have the right to take measures such as warning, suspending services or terminating services.

Vii. Service Levels and Compensation

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and stability of this service. However, due to the particularity of Internet services, we cannot guarantee that the service will be 100% available at all times.

If the paid service you purchased cannot be used normally due to our reasons and this situation persists for a certain period of time, you have the right to apply for service compensation in accordance with the relevant Service Level Agreement (SLA). The specific compensation standards shall be subject to the service level agreements published on each product/service page.

Under no circumstances will our cumulative compensation to you exceed the total amount of service fees you have paid for that service failure.

Viii. Data Security and Privacy Protection

We attach great importance to the security and privacy protection of users' data and will comply withPrivacy PolicyWe will collect, use, store and protect your personal information in accordance with the regulations.

We adopt security technical measures that comply with industry standards to protect your personal information and business data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

Except as required by laws and regulations or with your explicit consent, we will not share, transfer or publicly disclose your personal information and business data to any third party.

You should abide by relevant laws and regulations such as the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities for the data collected and processed by you during the use of this service.

Ix. Intellectual Property Rights

All contents contained in this website and this service, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, domain names, software, programs, page designs, etc., are subject to the intellectual property rights of Shanghai Ruicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. or their rights holders.

Without our or the relevant rights holders' prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, rent, transfer, license or use in any other way the intellectual property content contained in this website and this service.

The business data you generate during your use of this service is owned by you in terms of intellectual property rights, but you grant us the right to use such data within the scope necessary to provide you with services.

X. Disclaimer

Force Majeure: In the event that this agreement cannot be performed or is delayed due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, riots, government actions, power supply disruptions, network communication failures, etc.), the affected party shall not be held liable for breach of contract, but shall promptly notify the other party and take reasonable measures to reduce losses.

Third-party reasons: We will not be held responsible for service interruptions or the inability to use certificates normally due to third-party reasons such as changes in CA institution review standards, certificate revocation, and system upgrades. However, we should assist you in communicating with the third party to resolve the issue.

Your own reasons: Any service failure or loss caused by the information you provide being untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, or due to your improper operation or poor storage, etc., shall be borne by you yourself.

Legal changes: We shall not be held responsible for any adjustment or termination of this service due to changes in laws, regulations, policies or regulatory requirements.

Service is provided as is:This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, safety and accuracy of the service.

Xi. Liability for Breach of Contract

If you violate any provision of this agreement, we reserve the right to take one or more of the following measures:

• Issue a warning and require you to correct within a specified period
• Suspend or terminate the provision of all or part of the services to you
• Delete the illegal or non-compliant information you have posted or stored
• Hold you legally responsible

If your breach of contract causes losses to us or any other third party, you shall bear full liability for compensation.

If you fail to pay the service fee in full and on time, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of one-thousandth of the outstanding amount per day and have the right to take further legal measures.

Xii. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement

Agreement Amendment: We reserve the right to revise this agreement in a timely manner based on changes in laws and regulations, business development needs, and other factors. If any content of this agreement changes, we will notify you of the modified content through appropriate announcements on this website, in-site notifications, and other means. If you do not agree with the modifications we have made to this agreement, you have the right to stop using this service and settle the service fee as agreed (if any). If you continue to use this service, it will be deemed that you accept the modifications we have made to this agreement.

Agreement Termination:

• You may stop using this service at any time, but the fees paid will not be refunded (unless otherwise stipulated by law or agreed upon by both parties).
• We reserve the right to terminate the services provided to you in the event that you violate the terms of this agreement, fail to pay the fees on time, or are required by laws and regulations.
• Upon termination of the agreement, you should immediately cease using this service and delete or destroy all relevant materials obtained through the use of this service.

Xiii. Application of Law and Dispute Resolution

Legal Application: The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions).

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be settled through friendly consultation by both parties. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction in the location of Shanghai Ruicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. for litigation resolution.

Xiv. Other Clauses

Complete Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement reached by both parties regarding this service and supersedes any previous oral or written agreements, understandings or communications between the two parties regarding this service.

Divisibility: If any provision of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this agreement.

Non-waiver of rights: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
